If you purchase something through PerfectDiary.com and aren't completely satisfied, you have up to 7 days since you received the product to return it. All returns are credited in the original form of payment. Parcels received more than 7 days will not be processed.
While we do everything we can to prevent this, sometimes an item can be damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report this within 48 hours of delivery or receipt of order in person. Please email us and provide a photo of the damaged or defective product along with a screenshot of the packing slip or order number. If the product is deemed defective, we will replace the product at no additional charge.

When an exchange is requested, it is completed in two steps: 1) A credit is issued for the item(s) returned. 2) A new order is processed for the item(s) requested in exchange. Two transactions will be posted to your account: a credit for the returned item(s) and one charge for the item(s) requested in exchange. While both transactions are processed in our systems at the same time, please note that the issuing bank/credit card company may take up to 10 business days to post the credit to your account. If you don't receive this email, please check your junk mail. If still not received within 1 hour or you are still facing difficulty resetting your password after receiving this email please use the CONTACT US page and we'll look into this for you.

To skip a delivery, log into your account and click on Manage Subscriptions. Select Delivery Schedule to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions. To skip a delivery, you can click Skip next to the delivery you would like to skip. To cancel a subscription, navigate to Actions found next to the subscription you want to cancel and then select Cancel. On the following page, you will be asked to enter a cancellation reason.
